Letter to Lord James of Blackheath regarding the EU Defense Union
This letter is from Caroline Stephens and we publish it with her kind permission.
Dear Lord James of Blackheath,
Firstly may I congratulate you on this speech you made in the House of Lords on Friday last.
To remind everyone, here is the main body of your speech: (VIDEO)
“My Lords, a week ago, I wrote a letter to the Lord Speaker in which I suggested that in certain circumstances which might occur, such as this morning, the entire House of Lords is ineligible to sit. I do not intend to pursue this point, but I want to explain why it occurs. I think it is important to us.
If the Lisbon treaty is allowed to stand and is not wiped away at midnight on 31 October, we are all, every single man jack of us, in breach of our oath on joining this House because we have allowed the omniscience of Parliament to be reduced by the elimination of the veto which was standing in our benefit until the Lisbon treaty. That has far-reaching consequences which go way beyond us and reach into the Palace and the Crown itself. We need to be aware of those implications. If I am right on that assertion—I have taken it to the Table Office and asked it to think about it, so there must be some professional opinions around—then we would be ineligible to sit today, and it would mean that this Bill cannot pass the House. I am not pursuing that.
What I am going to say is that I think the basis on which we are going forward from here is wrong because we have a situation in which we are facing a choice between remain, the no-go solution and, as came very much into focus in the latter stages of yesterday, the possible resurrection of the May deal. The May deal and remain both carry the same consequence that they would still leave us in breach of our oath. We need to have our oaths restored to us, which would happen if at midnight on 31 October if the Lisbon treaty was wiped away.
The first person we need to be concerned about in that respect is Her Majesty because we have the power of government placed in our hands by the coronation oath which she swore never to diminish, but we have diminished it for her. In those circumstances, do the British public realise they are being asked to consider a situation which might create a position in which Her Majesty would consider it was essential for her to abdicate? If that occurred, would it ever be possible to resurrect the monarch because nobody else could swear the same coronation oath? Let us be realistic about this. My whole criticism of the situation of opposition to no-go at the moment is that we simply have not informed the British public of what is at stake. It goes way beyond this.
We have this wonderful paper called Yellowhammer, which tells us all the dreadful things that will happen if we do go no-go. My secretary has an alternative list that I have complied called the Black Vulture, which is my list of the things that people do not know about which will happen if we do not go no deal. The first is the hazard it creates for the Crown. The second is: will somebody please tell us the truth about the European defence union? This is by far the biggest issue facing the British public and they know nothing about it officially. Can we please have a proper account of what it entails? Is it really true that the Government have entered into private agreements with the European Community that they will, on completion of remain or whatever it is to be, transfer to the European Union in Brussels the entire control of our entire fighting forces, including all their equipment? [Laughter.]
Noble Lords may jest, but it has been done and they should check it out. It is too important to ignore. We must know the truth of this. We must have it clear for the whole public to know. I believe it is true, and I think we should be told. I understand that it is intended that the oath of every serving member of our forces will be cancelled and they will be required to undertake a new oath of loyalty to Brussels. I understand that in recent months, we have had a series of people sent from our Armed Forces to create and install the command and control centres to be used for the control of our troops once we have ceased to have any control over their use, application or deployment. It goes beyond this. They are to take control of our intelligence services, the whole core of Five Eyes. They will have MI6 and the Cheltenham monitoring centre, and we will be completely excluded from it under the new arrangements and have no access either to the— (giving way to Lord Blunkett, Labour).”

Lord James – as I see it, your amendment was ‘dropped’. Now you mention that the House of Lords cannot sit due to their Oaths having been made to the Queen and this obviously conflicts with the Lisbon Treaty. This comment raised some eyebrows among people like myself who have become more acquainted with our Constitution.
- The House of Lords has been conducting itself unlawfully since 2000 due to the enactment of House of Lords Act 1999. I can find nobody absolutely nobody that focuses on this crucial aspect of our constitutional betrayal. This makes all legislation passed since then, null and void and this includes the Lisbon Treaty. I believe that you are a lifetime peer yourself and due to this matter, you are unfortunately personally implicated too. This information is not readily available on the internet but I have the evidence if you so wish to view? Suffice to say many peers turned up for work after the Act was passed and found themselves unable to gain entry to the House. Perhaps this is not surprising because many Lords have no official email address like your good self or at that time, did not use the internet at all?
The following is a video that I have uploaded it onto my own YouTube channel just this morning. (video)
Very factual and a sad indication on how low our Parliament has sunk?
- The following video (missing) shows the timeline of the House of Lords being gradually ‘erased’ from the once all important role that the House used to have in British Society. As you are aware, the House was formed to provide the checks and balances to our ‘elected’ MPs. Unfortunately, the House of Lords is crammed full of political appointees from different political parties.
- With regard to military matters, Dave Ellis, Carol Hellier and I orchestrated a very efficient campaign to notify the MPs that ‘we’ were planning to hand our military to Brussels. It is very clear to me that NATO is about to be disbanded which is not the government’s official narrative. I will leave this matter here for now.
Anyway, I’ve provided lots of information for you to ‘sink your teeth’ into. There are no real constitutional experts around IMHO.
Kind regards, Caroline Stephens (video)

Brexit…Then, We the Commonwealth.

This has long been threatened so it comes as no surprise. Secrecy in this matter is appalling and the British public should be very concerned. To hand over our military and our intelligence to those who have shown we are of no consequence does not bear thinking about. Stop this stupidity now and keep our sovereignty. Perhaps those in control of these very important issues such as the Chiefs of The Defence Staff and others in Government are more concerned of their peerages than then Country.
If this goes ahead and the sainted Nicola North of the Border gets her way, and Corbyn we will have the Russians and Chinese in the Clyde and the Thames. STOP IT NOW!!!
As a Nation we have to realise that we can face Brexit and survive and not be held to ransom by anyone. The people have already spoken on this get on with it.

Let’s face it, when we joined the Common Market it was an act of treason and things are now so bad that at least two thirds of Parliament, our Police and Judiciary, now represent a foreign power.
Not only do we need to unconditionally leave the European Union on Halloween, we will have the enormous task of purging the above institutions. I for one and I’m sure many others feel the same, just don’t care how we get the job done as long as it is actually done.

Your comment, flyer, is exactly correct and I have continuously expounding this situation to anyone who will listen, over the past three years.

Joining the Common Market was not an act of Treason but deceiving us as Ted Heath did was, as are the efforts to keep us inside what is now a very different beast to the Common Market.

You say “as long as its done”. Right. So how do we get it done?. talking about will not get it done. We need action before it is too late. Do these stupid renainers all know about the Lisbon Treaty?. Why is Boris not shouting too the rooftops. why not send every household a copy of the LISBON BLOODY TREATY?
Tony Woodcock on September 10, 2019 at 9:47 pm
We get it done by using the only legitimate weapon we have, everyone has……….our vote.
Stop voting for them! Vote for someone who won’t sell the people’s freedom and independence.
Sid Barry on September 11, 2019 at 8:08 am
So what you are saying is: If there is no election, we are silenced. corbyn and co will not agree an election unless they know they can win. if that happens, we are dead in the water.

Sadly there is widespread ignorance or refusal to accept the facts regarding the EU amongst our population. The former is perhaps forgivable; the latter is not. Either way we can only open eyes and minds through our leaving and the benefits which will undoubtedly follow.
We must not fail in restoring our sovereignty including all the “cooperative” initiatives mentioned.
Military Unification in the EU Defense Union

What you were doing on 23rd June, 2016? That day meant an early start for the Vote Leave team as we delivered one last flyer reminding people to vote to leave the European Union. Many of us attended the counts up and down the country until the early hours of Friday morning. It was hard to comprehend that we had secured the majority – such unbelievable news!
The months then passed by with a new ‘Remain’ Prime Minister being installed (indeed sponsored by a ‘Remain’ donor), news that the government had refused to accept 200 trained New Zealand trade negotiators (why?) and finally the realisation that the Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA) which appeared to closely resemble the much more publicised Transatlantic Trade & Investment Partnership (TTIP) ’travelled’ through the Houses of Parliament with no debate and one has to enquire if there was any scrutiny at all? More recently we learned that there had been no provisions for a Plan B for Brexit at all!
Brexiteers continued to face an agonising wait for Article 50 to be triggered. Many people considered this a trap and thought that we should be repealing the European Communities Act 1972 instead, but what could we do? Why did it take some nine months to trigger? Well we know for sure that it gave the ‘Remainers’ time to take stock of the situation and regroup; after all, why else were passengers in receipt of The New European newspaper ‘free of charge’ as they left Heathrow last summer?!
A General Election in June 2017 seemed to take many people by surprise, apart from those perhaps who knew one was scheduled as early as January! At the beginning of the October I attended an open meeting (free of charge to the public) in Manchester and I was lucky enough to film two highly respected ex-military personnel from the Falklands War talk with refreshing honesty about the possibility of integrating our military forces with those in the EU. They were obviously very worried. Indeed, I could visualise Westminster officials armed with documents emerging from some ‘basement’ at any given time to be signed unwittingly by the government officials. I mused over this picture for several days, remembering the times when I had laughed at the series ‘Yes, Minister’ until now…
A couple of weeks later I chanced upon a series of tweets highlighting some military talks called PESCO. I felt immediately that all was not well, remembering all the EU debates pre-Referendum where us Brexiteers talked about the development of the EU seeking to unifying national militaries into EU military union under total command from Brussels in true EU single point control fashion. The ‘Remainers’ laughed at us, they belittled us and told us that we were scaremongering and that we should be ashamed of ourselves. After all, wasn’t the EU responsible for bringing peace to Europe, they would retort?
I began to study what this Permanent Structured Cooperation (PESCO) was all about. Hmm! It had been well-documented by the EU in June 2015 but quite obviously not well-publicised, it would seem! Now, the EU in their wisdom had named their document ‘cooperation’ which is a falsehood for a start! Yes, our military forces regularly work cooperatively with EU countries but PESCO marks the start of the EU seeking to unifying national militaries into EU military union under total command from Brussels in true EU single point of control fashion. From the EU’s perspective this is an ‘all in concept’ – ‘Boots to Nukes’!
Having promised alongside millions of others to ‘Take Back Control,’ I duly set up a national campaign to alert the public about the dangers together with Dave Ellis and Carol Hellier. You may be forgiven for thinking that approaching people to warn them of Brussels’ intentions of controlling our military forces (with the natural progression of a shared Treasury to pay for the expenditure) would be sufficient of a catalyst for people to take concerted immediate action. After all, the military had been warning the British Government for years that the financial austerity was having serious repercussions on our ability to defend ourselves. It soon became clear, however that the media blackout on possibly the most serious matter to impact the UK since World War 2 meant that many could not believe what they were hearing.
Undeterred, within a matter of hours, template letters were circulated to hundreds of Brexiteers to be used for guidance to write to constituency MPs. Carol and I attempted to write to many more MPs whilst our colleague Dave, who specialises in Twitter focused on this area of social media, linking in notable veterans along the way. We all campaigned in earnest, aware that a meeting was due to be being held in private on 19th October with all the EU countries’ representatives being present. Was there any mention of this on the BBC or Sky News? No! Why were we learning all so late in the day?
Some MPs responded to our requests for them to investigate the matter further but we were disappointed in their letters and emails. MPs were duly quizzed at a Brexit event on 4th November in central London. All would be well with Brexit they assured us, Conservatives and Labour alike. A day passed by and on 5th November, Bonfire Night, I was to discover that EU Member States who wish to proceed with PESCO will meet on 13 November and, due to Qualified Majority Voting, only 55% of member states need agree (provided they represent 65% of the EU’s population).
What’s worse than being lied to? Knowing that you’ve been lied to? There is no Brexit and with the evidence that has been amassed since the Referendum, there has never, ever been an intention to have any type of meaningful Brexit.

ABOUT THE LISBON TREATY:
EU MILITARY HAS STARTED AND WE MUST ESCAPE
Nov 10, 2018
WHO and WHAT is behind it all ? : >
The bottom line is for the people to regain their original, moral principles, which have intentionally been watered out over the past generations by our press, TV, and other media owned by the Illuminati/Bilderberger Group, corrupting our morals by making misbehavior acceptable to our society. Only in this way shall we conquer this oncoming wave of evil.
