The Ukrainian Ministry of Justice also spoke about possible penalties for obtaining Russian passports by residents of territories not controlled by Kyiv

The price of gas on European exchanges rose by 12% against the backdrop of Gazprom's announcement of a reduction in pumping through the Nord Stream due to the shutdown of another gas turbine engine for scheduled repairs. Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia is not interested in a complete cessation of gas supplies to European countries, but the situation could change if it continues to "recklessly" impose sanctions.

The Ukrainian authorities expressed hope that the export of grain from the Black Sea ports could begin as early as this week. Moscow pointed out that the strike of the Russian Armed Forces on the military infrastructure of the seaport of Odesa cannot and should not affect the start of grain shipments in accordance with the Istanbul agreements between Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, and the UN.

The authorities in Kyiv announced new deliveries of weapons from European countries, a representative of the Ukrainian Ministry of Justice spoke about possible penalties for obtaining Russian passports by residents of territories not controlled by Kyiv, and the organizer of Eurovision announced the transfer of the competition from Ukraine to the UK.

TASS has collected the main information about the events around Ukraine.

Operation progress

The Russian military with high-precision weapons destroyed a transshipment base in the Khmelnytsky region with ammunition for HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) and shells for M777 howitzers made in the United States. During the day, air defense systems shot down six Ukrainian drones, and intercepted six shells of the Uragan multiple launch rocket system, said the official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov.

In total, since the start of the special operation, 260 aircraft, 144 helicopters, 1,611 drones, 357 anti-aircraft missile systems, 4,161 tanks, and other armored combat vehicles, 763 MLRS combat vehicles, 3,198 field artillery pieces, and mortars have been destroyed.

Gas problems

Gazprom said that it was forced to stop the operation of another gas turbine engine at the Portovaya compressor station due to the end of the overhaul period until the overhaul, in connection with which the flow through the Nord Stream will drop by half compared to the current volumes.

Earlier, Gazprom announced that it had received documents from the German company, Siemens, on the return of a turbine for Nord Stream from Canada, but, as the holding noted, they do not remove the risks associated with sanctions and only raise additional questions.

Against the backdrop of statements by the Russian holding, the price of gas in Europe rose by 12% following the results of trading, according to data from the London ICE exchange.

Reproaches of the European Commission

The President of the European Commission (EC), Ursula von der Leyen, said that Russia "is not a reliable partner in Europe's energy supply", and again urged us to prepare "for the worst case: a complete halt in gas supplies [from Russia] sooner or later."

Earlier, the EC invited the EU countries to "voluntarily" reduce gas consumption by 15%. On Monday, this proposal was opposed by the relevant departments of France and Poland. Before that, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Hungary spoke out against it.

Russia is not interested in a complete cessation of gas supplies to European countries, said Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov. But "if Europe continues on its path of this absolutely reckless imposition of restrictions and sanctions that hit it, then the situation will be different," he added.

Grain Corridor

The joint coordination center in Istanbul on the issue of exporting grain from Ukraine will be headed by a Turkish admiral. In total, 20 representatives of Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, and the UN will work on it, the Türkiye newspaper reported.

The Ukrainian side hopes that in the coming days it will be possible to agree on the internal documents of the joint coordination center, and from July 27 it will be ready for work, Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Yuriy Vaskov said. According to him, representatives of Ukraine have already arrived in Istanbul.

The United States is developing an alternative route to transport grain from Ukraine after a Russian precision-guided missile attack on an anti-ship missile depot in Odesa, said Samantha Power, head of the US Agency for International Development.

The strike of the Russian Armed Forces on the military infrastructure of the seaport of Odesa cannot and should not affect the start of grain shipments in accordance with the Istanbul agreements, the press secretary of the Russian president said. And Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov noted that the obligations of the Russian Federation under the grain deal do not prohibit it from continuing the special operation in Ukraine, destroying military infrastructure.

Weapons for Kyiv

Polish PT-91 Twardy tanks have already been delivered to Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, head of the office of the Ukrainian president, said. Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov informed about the receipt of three Gepard self-propelled anti-aircraft guns from Germany. According to him, Kyiv expects the delivery of 15 such units.

British 105mm L119 towed howitzers have been delivered to Ukraine, Strana reported. According to him, the package of military assistance from the UK will include 36 such guns.

Referenda in Zaporozhye and Kherson

A referendum on joining the Russian Federation in the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions can be held on the same day, this will reduce the number of provocations from Ukraine, Vladimir Rogov, a member of the main council of the military-civilian administration of the Zaporozhye region, suggested. According to him, the exact date of the referendum has not yet been determined, perhaps it will be held in the first half of September.

Deadline for passports

The bill being developed in Ukraine on criminal liability for obtaining a Russian passport and participating in referendums on joining Russia will provide for various penalties - from a fine to 15 years in prison, said Anatoly Stelmakh, Deputy Minister for the Reintegration of Uncontrolled Territories of Ukraine. According to him, the law on collaborationism already adopted in Ukraine is not enough, as people continue to receive Russian passports.

Visas for Russians

The Ukrainian authorities believe that the EU countries should not let Russians into their territory who support the conduct of a special military operation, so it is necessary to include the corresponding question in the questionnaire filled out when applying for a visa, Ukraine's permanent representative to the EU Oleksiy Makeev said in an interview with the European edition of the Politico newspaper.

The European Commission did not give an answer to a request from TASS about how Brussels relates to this idea of the Ukrainian side.

Postponement of Eurovision

The Eurovision Song Contest in 2023 will be held in the UK instead of Ukraine, according to the organizer of the event, the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). It is noted that Ukraine will immediately go to the final of the contest together with the founding countries of Eurovision: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the UK.

Ukraine had to host the competition because the Ukrainian hip-hop group Kalush Orchestra won the previous one with the song "Stefania". However, the EBU considered that Eurovision 2023 could not be held in Ukraine due to difficulties in ensuring the safety of participants, so it was decided to move the contest to the UK.

Editors Commentary:

*Follow the WEF trail to Switzerland to discover the Khazarian Mafia hiding behind Klaus Schwab and his cohorts. The US and its people have nothing to do with the disasters caused to the ordinary people of the Earth.

The Khazarians have once again constructed an intricate web, whose aim is to destroy the world's economy by setting people up against each other, blocking each other's supply chains, and leaving just death and ruins.

What everybody must be aware of is that this is not a war to prevent Putin from occupying Ukraine, but an attempt by the evil Khazarian Jews/WEF/NATO to control yet another country in their growing New World Order. They are simply using Ukraine as a battlefield. Their plan is to destroy totally the world's economy and turn the population into slaves.

Like the Freemasons, they have also life-threatening rules in their membership, one being REVENGE, 10 times harder than was ever perpetrated on them.

Russia in particular, in the past, has expelled the Khazars several times. I have all of 7 detailed articles in book format on the Khazarian Jews if anybody is interested in further information.

Putin, and earlier also Trump, are the ONLY Presidents who have enough guts to see what they are attempting to do to the world population and have sufficient courage to do something about it.
