According to Turkey's defense minister, Ukraine and Russia have made progress in trying to solve the problem of transporting grain out of Ukraine.
- A glimmer of hope to alleviate the suffering and curb hunger around the world, says UN Secretary-General António Guterres in a comment on today's uplifting messages from Istanbul.
Russia's invasion of Ukraine has contributed to a global food crisis in which hundreds of millions of people are threatened with starvation. Turkey has, therefore, in cooperation with the UN, worked to establish an agreement between Ukraine and Russia on the transport of grain out of Ukraine.
Today, for the first time since March, military delegations from Russia and Ukraine met behind closed doors in Istanbul to try to reach an agreement. Not many hours later, the Turkish Ministry of Defense issued a statement saying that today's talks had ended, but tonight Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said that there will be new meetings between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations again in Turkey next week.
The aim of the grain talks is to put in place an agreement that allows the grain to be transported out of Ukrainian ports and safely through the Black Sea. Akar says that the delegations agree on "joint controls" at the ports and on methods to ensure that the supply routes in the Black Sea are safe.
A final agreement to export an estimated 20 to 25 million tonnes of grain, which is now stuck in Ukrainian ports, could be nailed down next week, Akar signaled tonight.
The war in Ukraine has not only led to higher food prices worldwide but also increased the risk of famine in a number of countries, where, among other things, conflict and drought have previously created fears of huge famines. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) recently issued an urgent warning of a global famine crisis.
- We are two steps away from an agreement with Russia. We are ready to export grain. We are in the final phase of the negotiations, and it all depends on Russia, said Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba before today's meetings began, but he stressed that grain exports could not be resumed without security guarantees for shipowners, landowners, and Ukraine as a nation
*Follow the WEF trail to Switzerland to discover the Khazarian Mafia hiding behind Klaus Schwab and his cohorts. The US and its people have nothing to do with the disasters caused to the ordinary people of the Earth.
The Khazarians have once again constructed an intricate web, whose aim is to destroy the world's economy by setting people up against each other, blocking each other's supply chains, leaving just death and ruins.
What everybody must be aware of is that this is not a war to prevent Putin from occupying Ukraine, but an attempt by the evil Khazarian Jews/WEF/NATO to control yet another country in their growing New World Order. They are simply using Ukraine as a battlefield. Their plan is to destroy totally the world's economy and turn the population into slaves.
Like the Freemasons, they have also life-threatening rules in their membership, one being REVENGE, 10 times harder than was ever perpetrated on them.
Russia in particular, in the past, has expelled the Khazars several times. I have all of 7 detailed articles in book format on the Khazarian Jews if anybody is interested in further information.
Putin, and earlier also Trump, are the ONLY Presidents who have enough guts to see what they are attempting to do to the world population and have sufficient courage to do something about it.
The bottom line is for the people to regain their original, moral principles, which have intentionally been watered out over the past generations by our press, TV, and other media owned by the Illuminati/Bilderberger Group, corrupting our morals by making misbehavior acceptable to our society. Only in this way shall we conquer this oncoming wave of evil.
