TORY MEP and Brexiteer Daniel Hannan was told Brexit was making him xenophobic during an exchange with a Germany colleague in Brussels.

However, he said the real reason for widespread frustration was not itself but the ongoing failure to deliver it. , who was reelected in May’s , made the revelation in a national newspaper column published today. He wrote in the Daily Telegraph: “‘Look what Brexit is doing to you,” a German MEP told me this week.

“‘You’re in crisis, your system is breaking down, everyone is looking for a way out’.

“I get this a lot in Brussels. ‘Brexit is making you poorer.’ ‘Brexit is making you angrier. ‘Brexit is making you more xenophobic.'”

Mr Hannan, who represents the South East England constituency, said the remarks were based on a fundamental misunderstanding of the situation, given that Brexit has not happened yet.

He explained: “The thing that is causing a crisis, making us angrier etc is not , but its precise opposite – the refusal of our leaders, despite their promises, to deliver Brexit.

“I have almost given up trying to explain this in the EU.”

Mr Hannan said continental media outlets regular suggested Britain was on the verge of collapse, with the leaders of the Leave campaign “ashamed to show their faces”.

He added: “I try to explain that there is no crisis except in Westminster, that the economy is outperforming the and that opinion polls have barely moved, but I can tell the interviewers don’t believe me.

“The mess is caused MPs being elected on a promise to deliver Brexit but then doing everything they can to block it.

“As for the notion that the way out is to prolong and deepen our divisions through a second referendum – that is not so much self-serving as psychotic.”

Mr Hannan also suggested that inflexibility in Brussels was only increasing the prospects of Britain quitting the bloc without any kind of deal.

He said: “Since the only alternatives are accepting punitive withdrawal terms or cancelling Brexit, Eurocrats are holding their ground.

“You might reasonably protest that, during the campaign, Leavers said that withdrawal would be orderly.

“I certainly believed it: it seemed to me impossible that the two sides would inflict needless disruption on their own citizens.

“Neither I nor anyone else foresaw the cataclysmic mistakes that the May government would make.”

Both sides were now involved in a game of “chicken” in which each had misread the other, Mr Hannan said.

He added: “Brussels believes that, if it refuses to discuss trade, Britain will eventually cave in.

“But the likelier consequence is simply to ensure that there is no deal in place when takes effect, which will cause a headache for the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark and Germany, a worse one for the UK and a worse one yet for Ireland.”

It was therefore vital for Mrs May’s successor to introduce economic policies intended to see Britain through a turbulent economic period which be the result of a no deal scenario, Mr Hannan said.

He explained: “I am talking about the economic policies needed to see us through the transition – above all, deep cuts in business taxes.

“There is no point in leaving such things until after we have left.”

Additionally, with third countries must begin in earnest.

Mr Hannan said: “Australia has offered us a trade deal. America has offered us a trade deal. China has offered us a trade deal. Brazil has offered us a trade deal.

“Indeed every major economy in the world is offering us a trade deal except the EU. Isn’t it time to switch partners?”

WHO and WHAT is behind it all ? : >

The bottom line is for the people to regain their original, moral principles, which have intentionally been watered out over the past generations by our press, TV, and other media owned by the Illuminati/Bilderberger Group, corrupting our morals by making misbehavior acceptable to our society. Only in this way shall we conquer this oncoming wave of evil.
