Little wonder our disastrous weather system today when you saw how China has completely de-stabilized our regular CHAOS THEORY weather system used for decades. Very irresponsible to experiment with systems in nature. China, and probably also the US and other countries have caused our regular weather system to be non-predictable, causing havoc far away from the location of the original interferance.

The Northern hemisfere had a disastrous winter season and in Brazil we have had the wettest summer ever. We are still to see what OUR winter will bring? The problem now is that IF we suddenly stop ALL interferance, it will be taken as a CHANGE and the chaos continues. Instead, it must be GRADUALY reduced over years to re-establish the regular CHAOS THEORY based system.
