Israeli crocodile tears over a hospital that was not hit.

Here’s my prediction… Donald Trump will change his mind at least three times in the next three days. Trump did nothing to allay fears that he has lost his grip on reality, when press secretary Caroline Leavitt announced that he will make a decision on US participation in a war with Iran within two weeks – since there is still a possibility of negotiations. Does that make sense?

Update on World War 3

The Zionist gang in Washington and Tel Aviv brag that Iran is just one week away from building a nuclear bomb – and Trump will wait to act until Iran has a nuclear weapon?

This could be a scene from a Monty Python sketch, but Trump is literally playing with nuclear fire. Some suggest he is simply playing his “art of the deal” role, but creating uncertainty about whether he intends to start another war with Iran seems to me to be utter madness.

The situation is further exacerbated by CIA Director John Ratcliffe reportedly telling colleagues that he believes Iran is developing nuclear weapons. He compared the situation to American football: players standing one yard short of the goal line and trying to score a touchdown. This is a complete betrayal of the intelligence community – and an insult to Tulsi Gabbard.

In March, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard briefed Congress that Iran does not have nuclear weapons. She presented the combined professional judgment of analysts at the CIA, DIA (military intelligence), NSA, the State Department’s Office of Intelligence, and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.

If the CIA did not agree with what she presented, Ratcliffe should have issued a written dissent. In that case, Tulsi would have been obligated to inform Congress that there was no internal intelligence consensus on Iran’s nuclear program. But that did not happen. What we are seeing now is Ratcliffe pandering to Trump and undermining Tulsi Gabbard’s credibility.

Vladimir Putin also made news on Wednesday, speaking to foreign representatives in Moscow. He explained that Russia had previously offered Iran a defense deal, but that Iran had declined. According to Alastair Crooke , President Pezeshkian still hoped for better relations with the West, believing that such a deal would provoke Washington.

Now he realizes that he was naively gullible. Putin has made it clear that Russia is willing to help Iran with air defense systems. I mistakenly thought that Russia had delivered some S-400 systems to Iran last October, but Putin says that is not true. According to him, Iran has not yet requested any further assistance.

China and Russia held talks on Thursday on the situation in Iran. Both countries condemned Israel’s actions against Iran, stating that they violate the UN Charter and international law. They stressed that the ongoing crisis, including Iran’s nuclear program and the recent attacks, must be resolved exclusively through political and diplomatic means . Xi called on world powers – implicitly the United States – to increase diplomatic pressure for de-escalation, seek an immediate ceasefire, and ensure the evacuation of civilians.

Both leaders agreed to initiate mediation efforts, and Putin offered Russia as a mediator , a proposal that Xi supported as a means of de-escalation – although China’s official statement did not explicitly confirm this. Putin’s adviser Ushakov said that Xi and Putin would stay in close contact in the coming days , especially as the situation develops.

But Russia and China are doing more than just talking . A senior Russian defense official arrived in Tehran earlier this week and met with Pezeshkian and Iran’s military leadership. No report of the meeting has been made public. China, for its part, has sent two ships— PLA 815A and 855 , both electronic surveillance vessels—to the Persian Gulf. The 815A can, among other things, track aircraft and missiles, guide its own missiles, and perform electromagnetic interference and intelligence analysis. I don’t think any of these countries will remain passive observers if the United States decides to attack Iran.

Israel today threw itself into a wave of crocodile tears, claiming that the evil Iranians had bombed a hospital. What a shame! The Soroka Hospital was indeed damaged by the blast wave of an Iranian missile – but the target was not the hospital. The missile hit Israel’s military command and intelligence headquarters , known as IDF C4I , as well as an intelligence unit in the Gav-Yam technology park . No one in the hospital was killed by the explosion.

This is a drop in the ocean compared to the destruction the Zionists have inflicted on Gaza . At least 36 hospitals in Gaza have been “bombed and burned” by Israeli attacks since October 7, 2023. According to the UN Human Rights Office , 136 confirmed attacks were recorded on 27 hospitals between October 2023 and December 31, 2024 , in addition to 12 other health facilities.

The World Health Organization ( WHO ) reports almost 700 attacks on health facilities during this period – an average of one attack on a hospital every 16 hours . According to the UN, over 94% of all hospitals in Gaza are now either destroyed or seriously damaged .
