New DARPA project: Using AI and behavioral science to suppress dissent BEFORE it arises

DARPA – the  Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency  (the agency that manages the US Department of Defense’s research and development projects,  according to SNL ) – is not in business to protect life, but to control humanity. After its “heroic” efforts during the plandemic, DARPA is now doubling down on its search for the perfect psychological manipulation. Their latest project aims to predict and suppress dissent  before  it occurs.

Lance D Johnson in Natural News  writes  (Actually speaking):

“Recently leaked documents reveal that DARPA is actively seeking new ways to refine mass vaccination campaigns, lockdown enforcement, and propaganda strategies – effectively turning public health into a militarized operation of mass obedience.

This isn’t about protecting lives – it’s about controlling them. After the disastrous Covid-19 response, in which governments and corporations conspired to strip citizens of their freedoms under the guise of ‘science,’  DARPA is now redoubling its efforts  in its quest for the perfect psychological manipulation. Their latest ventures – Kallisti and MAGICS – aim to develop an algorithmic ‘theory of mind ’ to predict and suppress dissent even before it emerges. […]

In May 2025, DARPA issued an ominous  Request for Information  (RFI) titled  Advanced Research Outbreak Simulation Capabilities  , openly admitting that they intend to refine the same suppressive measures used during COVID-19. The document explicitly asks for modeling techniques to assess:

• Vaccination campaigns (including 'vaccine-induced immunity')
• Social distancing and quarantine enforcement
• Public health communication strategies (i.e. propaganda)

DARPA’s language is eerily similar to the Covid-era playbook, where ‘science’ was weaponized to justify unprecedented human rights abuses. Now they are preparing to escalate – using AI-powered biosurveillance (wastewater monitoring, digital tracking) and behavioral prediction models to ensure total subjugation during the next crisis.

In a 2024 special document, DARPA admitted its goal was to 'prevent unwanted escalation' - a thinly veiled threat to civil unrest. When the next 'outbreak' comes, expect:

• AI-driven fear campaigns (tailored to your digital footprint)
• Algorithmic shutdowns (enforced by drones or biometric tracking)
• "Behavioral  nudges (which reward obedience and punish dissent)"

When I ask KI about the difference between influence and information, I get the answer that it is "fine". In practice, it is not there and it is all about motives for the dissemination of information. (KI made this picture of himself as an illustration for this article).

The article further states that the aforementioned request for information (RFI) reveals that we are getting a repeat of the Corona Circus, but with even more effective tools. We are once again getting lockdowns, forced vaccinations and digital surveillance:

"But this time, the Pentagon is cutting out the middleman. No more TV doctors who can't convince us, or CDC directors who change their coats with the wind - AI will dictate 'optimal' response methods, while behavioral science ensures that the masses obey."

The RFI explicitly requests modeling of:

• 'fatality rates' linked to immunity (natural versus vaccine-induced)
• Early intervention impact, including vaccination passports and social credit systems
• 'public health communication strategies' – a euphemism for propaganda

This follows DARPA's MAGICS program, which aims to 'model collective human behavior' using sociotechnical data. While DARPA claims that their research is for 'national security', their MAGICS program reveals a much darker agenda. The company is looking for 'new methods for modeling collective human behavior', with no mention of foreign adversaries - only prediction and manipulation of popular obedience.

Similarly, the Kallisti program (formerly called “Theory of Mind”) aims to develop algorithms that “optimize strategies to prevent or encourage the actions of the adversary.” In the context of public health, anyone who questions mandates can be labeled as “opponents” – and thus subject to preventive repression.

This is not speculation – DARPA’s own documents confirm this. The agency is blending AI, machine learning, and behavioral science to create a dystopian framework where dissent is pre-calculated and neutralized before it spreads. […]

DARPA’s mission has always been technological dominance, but their latest move exposes a frightening shift: using pandemics as a pretext for social control. By combining outbreak simulations with behavioral manipulation programs, the military is laying the foundation for a permanent biosecurity state—where freedom is arbitrary, and resistance is crushed by algorithms.

The Covid-19 era was just a dress rehearsal. The next 'crisis' will be AI-optimized, militarized, and far more oppressive. The question is: will the people wake up before it's too late?
