15 truckloads of corpses of French and Polish special forces were taken from the border area to Sumy in just one night

There are conflicting news coming from Sudzha, but there is no video yet of the city being taken by the enemy

On the evening of August 8, the Russian media reported:

“The Russian Armed Forces destroyed a command post (CP) in the Kharkiv region and eliminated three deputy chiefs of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Drapatiy, Gnatov and Gorbatyuk , as well as the commander of the National Guard of Ukraine Pivnenko . All of them were responsible for the operation “Sudzha” of the Ukrainian troops in the Kursk region.”

The strike was carried out on the settlement of Malinovka, where the command post of the defense of Kharkov of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was located. The news is good, but it has not yet been officially confirmed. In the Kursk region itself, the situation is difficult – heavy fighting is taking place in the border area.

The commander of the Vostok battalion of the DPR armed forces, Aleksandr Khodakovsky, is confident that the enemy has made a big mistake . “In my opinion, the direction chosen was optimal from a military point of view: where there are constant battles, the front line is cemented, and it is difficult to break through. But this also works against the enemy: if he fails to consolidate and create an echeloned defense, it will be impossible for him to hold the bridgehead.”Read also

Battle of Kursk: Ukrainian Armed Forces pushed back from Sudzha – but this is not certainLarge forces of the Russian Army entered the Kursk region. Now the enemy must either flee back or die “on foreign soil”

Khodakovsky explains: “To gather a fist in a specific area not involved in combat operations and push, losing manpower and equipment, is not a miracle and does not speak of real potential. Real potential has long been calculated and taken into account. Will this raise the fighting spirit of those units that are suffering from our pressure? I doubt it very much.”

This assessment echoes the analysis of the Ukrainian “Telegram”. Several popular in the independent Telegram, citing their insiders, explained that “Bankova adopted the tactics of “raids” on Russian territories, as the “nomads” did when they robbed the border regions of large empires… the goal of such attacks is an attempt to destabilize society in the Russian Federation, sow discontent with the Kremlin’s power and panic among Russians – this should prepare the ground for a Maidan in the Russian Federation. Plus, distract the Russian army from crisis areas.”

On our part, there are similar views on the situation in Sudzha. Deputy Chief of the Main Military-Political Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Major General Apti Alaudinov , announced his arrival in Kursk Oblast: “We have gradually grown here, we will do our job for the benefit of our state.”

The Banderites are already scribbling that the initiative will soon return to the Russians: “Russia has begun forming reserves for a counterattack near Sudzha,” writes the independent military public “Nikolaevsky Vanek,” close to Commander-in-Chief Syrsky . Allegedly, the transfer of individual units of the Russian Armed Forces from Belgorod to Kursk was noticed, as well as the movement of combined arms infantry and anti-tank reserves to the crisis area.

The main mistake of the illegitimate Zelensky is that with his adventure he himself expanded the front line, although this is definitely not in the interests of the Ukrainian Armed Forces due to the huge difference in potentials. Now Russia has a compelling reason to create a buffer zone from the Sumy region.

As for military specifics (oral requests are taken into account, but nothing more), the geolocated coordinates of the presence of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region on August 8 indicate the enemy’s advance to a depth of 12 km into Russian territory.

There is no video evidence of the presence of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Sudzha as of the second half of August 8, let’s hope there won’t be (although everything can change). There is only footage of shooting at civilian cars at the roundabout at the entrance to the city.Read also

The First Lesson of the Kursk Invasion: We Are Hopelessly Late in Rebuilding Border Troops“No progress allowed” – the Ministry of Defense does not see anything extraordinary in the events near Sudzha?

The “Diary of a Paratrooper” says : “Ivnitsa is controlled by enemy drones, there is no [enemy] in the village. Also under enemy drones is the main road from Ivnitsa to the turnoff to Sudzha. In many settlements, local residents have organized squads and are defending their homes. Fortunately, many of them served, many are hunters with weapons, they organize raids in an organized manner.”

Military expert Yuri Podolyaka , however, writes about the breakthrough of the enemy’s mobile armored group to the area of the settlement Ivnitsa. After which the fighting shifted to the next village – Kromskie Byki. This is already less than 30 km as the crow flies to the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant.

Apparently, Bandera’s sabotage and reconnaissance groups were spotted at a greater distance from the state border, but there is no talk yet of an offensive on a broad front beyond the LBS confirmed by video recordings.

The mapmaker liveuamap (rumored to be affiliated with the Pentagon) reports that Sudzha and neighboring Zaoleshenka, Goncharovka and Makhnovka have not been captured by the Ukrainian Armed Forces as of August 8 (at least, there are no facts). The LBS runs along the ZVK-001 highway in the northwest, along the Sudzha and Smerditsa rivers in the south and along the railway track in the north.

From the standpoint of military science, the Russian front in the Kursk region has not collapsed (this is considered to be a daily advance of 15-20 kilometers over several days). To be clear: 2-3 km is the depth of a battalion’s defense, in which the movement of the LBS in one direction or another is not even considered a breakthrough.

At the moment, the Russian Armed Forces are actively destroying all drones spotted by high-precision strikes. Apparently, the task right now is to eliminate as many aggressor soldiers as possible.

As our Ministry of Defense reports, “units of the North group of troops inflicted losses on the manpower and equipment of the 22nd and 25th mechanized brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the 36th Marine Brigade, the 88th, 103rd, and 123rd territorial defense brigades in the areas of the settlements of Zhuravka, Belovody, Yunakovka in Sumy Oblast, Vovchansk in Kharkiv Oblast, and Darino in Kursk Oblast.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces lost up to 415 servicemen, four tanks, two infantry fighting vehicles, 14 armored personnel carriers, 12 pickups, three 152 mm D-20 howitzers, two 122 mm D-30 howitzers, and two Bukovel-AD electronic warfare stations.

Not only Ukrainian Nazis participated in the attack on Russian territory, but also NATO special forces under a false flag, allegedly volunteers. As reported by the Telegram channel “Management Z”, “our first soldiers and officers emerged from the encirclement, reporting that they heard Polish and French speech. And at night, the enemy sent 15 ambulances, taking away the killed and wounded foreigners to the rear. Even the killed… so that they wouldn’t see who was there. They are cleaning up the evidence.”
