Putin: “Kyiv unleashed War in 2014 after a Bloody Coup, Russia had the right to help Donbas under UN Charter”

It was Kyiv that unleashed the war in Ukraine in 2014, and therefore Russia had every right to help Donbas in accordance with the United Nations Charter, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with the African delegation on Saturday.

The Kiev regime has undertaken multiple attempts to resolve this problem [in Donbass] with arms, and in fact launched combat operations in 2014, using aircraft, tanks and artillery against those civilians. It was the Kiev regime that unleashed this war in 2014, whereas we, under Article 51 of the UN Charter, had every right to offer them help, invoking the self-defense clause,” Putin said as reported by TASS Russian News Agency.

The United Nations Article 51 reports:

Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defence if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations, until the Security Council has taken measures necessary to maintain international peace and security. Measures taken by Members in the exercise of this right of self-defence shall be immediately reported to the Security Council and shall not in any way affect the authority and responsibility of the Security Council under the present Charter to take at any time such action as it deems necessary in order to maintain or restore international peace and security.”

In Ukraine, there was actually a double-armed attack.

The first of foreign mercenary snipers against the crowd during the Euromaidan square protests in which protesters but also policemen loyal to the pro-Russian government were killed, confirming that it was not premeditated by the Kyiv authorities.

The second was by the new NATO-backed regime against the pro-Russian populations of the Donbas of the Republics of Lugansk and Donetsk who began to reclaim their autonomy due to fears of ethnic discrimination, which occurred in the following years with the banning of the language Russia in official documents and with the persecution of the religious authorities of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church loyal to the Moscow Patriarchate.

Putin: “All problems of Ukraine emerged after the state, an unconstitutional, armed and bloody coup in 2014”

Putin pointed out that “all problems of Ukraine emerged after the state, unconstitutional, armed and bloody coup in 2014.”

“That coup was supported by Western sponsors. They did not hesitate to talk about it and they spoke about it, even revealing how much money they had spent on the preparation and implementation of that coup. Therefore, the source of the power of the current rulers in Kyiv is a coup d’· that,” Putin said.

The Russian president recalled that back in 2014, some Ukrainians did not support the coup in the country and announced that the people living in these areas would not obey the new rulers.

“Russia was forced to stand up for those people, bearing in mind our historical bonds both with the territories as well as cultural and linguistic ties with the people who live in those territories. For a long time we sought to resolve the situation in Ukraine through peaceful means,” Putin said.

But behind the actions of the new president Volodymyr Zelensky, elected in 2019, there was the precise project of George Soros to lead NATO towards the New World Order which found concreteness in 2020 through the CEPA militarization plan of the Eastern European countries bordering Russia, funded by the Weapons Lobby.

Among the sponsors of the “criminal design,” there was the American war industry Raytheon where General Lloyd Austin worked as a consultant who later became Secretary of Defense with the election of American President Joe Biden, tremendously compromised by the scandalous affairs of his son Hunter as we have already seen and as we will already see.

A diabolical plan that was put into the hands of Zelensky by NATO.

Putin reveals details of the draft treaty on Ukraine’s neutrality

Moscow and Kyiv agreed on the general terms of Ukraine’s neutrality and security guarantees during peace negotiations in March 2022, but Kiev then abruptly discarded the documents its delegation had already signed, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Saturday.

During a meeting with a group of African leaders in St. Petersburg, Putin showed for the first time the draft documents that were being discussed by the Russian and Ukrainian emissaries in Türkiye more than a year ago.

According to Putin, a document titled the Treaty on the Permanent Neutrality and Security Guarantees for Ukraine had been signed by the Ukrainian delegation.

The draft stipulates that Ukraine must enshrine “permanent neutrality” in its Constitution. Russia, the US, Britain, China, and France are listed as guarantors.

But just in those days, the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU), which depends directly on the head of state Zelensky, killed Denys Kyreyev, one of the Ukrainian peace negotiators, in cold blood with a gunshot to the back of the head, obviously without trial. traitor.

It was Zelensky’s and NATO’s clear message that the war must continue to the bitter end for the shady deals of the Weapons Lobby.
