The collective West shamelessly, rudely, and aggressively unleashed a hybrid war against Russia when it realized that the plans to turn Ukraine into "anti-Russia" had failed. This was stated on Thursday by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a meeting with students and faculty of MGIMO.

He also stressed that the West tacitly condoned the fact that the Russian language in Ukraine was legally banned in the areas of education, the media, and culture.
