Veterans Today (8) - By Michael Shrimpton -August 1, 2022
The Russians are still winning. They’ve had a reverse at Kherson, although Western media are almost certainly exaggerating the effectiveness of the Ukrainian counter-offensive. As expected, Russia has not deployed chemical, biological or nuclear weapons.
Western scare stories notwithstanding. It’s now clear that there was a DVD plot to assassinate Russian President Putin early in the war, which thankfully failed. In my estimation, the war is likely to drag on until spring 2023 at the earliest.
This is almost the only media outlet in the Western world willing to report on the war objectively. Rodney Atkinson is also doing his best with Freenations.net, but his readership, sadly, is in inverse proportion to his intellectual honesty. Anti-Russian propaganda organs like the BBC and the Guardian have persistently over-reported Russian casualties and under-reported Ukrainian ones.
It would be enormously helpful, frankly, if the Russian government reported casualties in the way that Britain did, for example, during the First World War, sorry Special Military Operation. However transparency, I’m afraid, is not the Russian way. This in turn makes it easy for Russian losses to be exaggerated.
My sense is that the Russians are taking heavy casualties, sadly, but nothing like the numbers being reported in the West. I also sense that the Ukrainians are taking heavier casualties than the Russians. Kyiv is even less transparent than Moscow. There’s no chance of anyone in the Ukrainian government coming clean about the funding of President Zelensky’s political comedy show, for example!
Alleged war crimes
There have been no credible allegations of Russian war crimes. There have been lots of allegations but none has been proved. Disturbingly, the setting up of the Russians has involved a number of war crimes being committed by the Ukrainians themselves.
It is not a war crime to attack a residential building if that building is being used to mount attacks, nor is it a war crime to cause collateral civilian casualties. There were a large number of collateral civilian casualties in World War II for example. A large number of the 18,000 Jerries knocked over in the great Anglo-American raids on Dresden in February 1945, for example, were civilians, but that didn’t make the raids a war crime, since Dresden was a legitimate strategic target. It was a wizard prang, by the way – dead Jerries everywhere, no offense intended.
There is no doubt that the Western public has been shocked at the levels of destruction and casualties. They shouldn’t have been. The war was made inevitable by the aggressive expansionist policies of NATO and the EU, driven of course by Germany, the controlling power of both organizations. The Biden Administration fully supported Ukraine’s illegal bio-weapons program and almost certainly signed off on the plan to attack the Donbas Republics.
Once NATO and the EU went down the path of war heavy casualties were going to be inevitable, sadly. Supplying advanced weaponry to Kyiv was nonsense. As I have observed before the Russo-Ukrainian War is in effect a proxy war between Russia and Germany. Leaving German intelligence in place at the end of World War II made the resumption of large-scale hostilities in Europe inevitable.
The Casus Bellum
The Russians are also being secretive about their casus bellum for attacking Ukraine. It’s now clear that the Ukrainians were planning an offensive against the Donbas Republics, with covert support from Germany, the EU, and the Biden Administration. Since they are arguably sovereign and were under Russian protection Russia was justified in moving first, as Israel did in the Six Day War.
It’s also clear that the covert Ukrainian bio-weapons program involved developing DNA-specific weapons targeting ethnic Russians. DNA weapons are both dangerous and illegal, involving automatic violations of the Genocide Convention. Public international law does not require a state faced with such a threat to sit still and wait for a genocidal bio-weapons attack.
However, the Russians are not making the case. In fairness, it would not be easy, given the low ethical standards of Western media organizations, most of which are willing to distort the truth in order to promote the Ukrainian cause. I think the Russians should try, however.
Moscow is probably still hung up on the West’s decision to wage war against Iraq without declaring it, on the basis of a casus bellum known at the time to be false. As I warned at the time the failures to declare war and go public on what we knew about Iraq’s links to 9/11 were hugely damaging. Neither Britain nor America has any standing to criticize Russia.
Russian war aims
The West is being left to guess at Russia’s war aims, which with respect are somewhat opaque. It is entirely possible that Moscow would have settled at the start of the war with the liberation of the Donbas Republics and the retention of Crimea. Piling weapons into Ukraine however has been a huge mistake. They have driven up Russian casualties and hardened Russia’s position.
I suspect that Moscow is now looking at breaking Ukraine into two, down the Dnieper River. That would give eastern Ukraine a defensible frontier. Western Ukraine would have to agree to neutrality – there is simply no way that Russia could ever permit NATO to deploy nuclear weapons in any part of Ukraine.
The good news is that EU support for the Bad Guys is likely to drain away as winter approaches. Natural gas rationing in a warm summer is one thing. Gas rationing in winter is quite another. What’s more, with global cooling we could be in for a slightly chilly winter. General Winter may come to Russia’s aid once again!

Essential Takeaways from Friedman’s February 2015 Speech to the Chicago Council on Global Affairs; U.S. Foreign Policy Laid Bare As Never Before
The following 10 points represent the most chilling revelations from George Friedman’s talk. Ergo, if the reader remembers nothing else from this exposé, these are the most important. Keeping them in mind will greatly inform the correct understanding of weighty current events, especially those which are occurring anywhere on the largest landmass in the world — Eurasia.
(1) Russia must be contained and controlled in any way possible so as not to even pose a potential threat to the USA’s sole superpower status.
(2) Germany must be prevented from entering into an economic union with Russia; fabricating false pretexts by the USA in order to levy economic sanctions against Russia drives a wedge between both nations.
(3) A German-Russian alliance would challenge U.S. world domination as no other combined force on Earth. The marriage of German capital and technology with Russian human and natural resources would be invincible.
(4) The best way to preclude a close collaboration between Russia and Germany is to bring the war to their borders, especially through the employment of “spoiling attacks” (read: terrorist attacks). Russia has experienced this with Chechnya, Georgia, South Ossetia, and Ukraine.
(5) By inciting wars among Russian neighbors and conflicts between the concerned Eurasian powers, USA world supremacy is assured (e.g. the Ukraine conflict was started after Russian peacemaking initiatives in Syria).
(6) Just as the British Empire controlled its many colonies through divide and rule, the U.S. must use the same MO and military tactics. Rome used the same divide and conquer strategy appointing local kings to maintain the peace.
(7) Pilsudski’s Intermarium delineates the ideal way of containing Russia at the European border, which could then be used as a springboard to conquer the Motherland. Pushing Russia’s Western front close to Moscow poses an existential threat.
(8) Channeling the hatred of the defunct USSR, found within the Baltic states and ex-Soviet satellites, toward the 25-year-old Russian Federation will help secure the Intermarium.
(9) Maintaining a cordon sanitaire around Russia will neutralize its military force, limit its alliances and minimize its economic influence throughout the world. Forever keeps Russia on the defensive.
(10) Russia and Germany must be kept apart even if it means starting World War III. The first two world wars served the very same purpose; the Ukraine Civil War can be expanded at any time in order to preoccupy the concerned nations as it was chosen for its volatility.
For the uninitiated, the following distillation and interpretation of the preceding bullet points clarify exactly why the Ukraine War was started by the US-UK-UA-IL-EU-NATO terror group in 2022. It’s important to note that the following excerpt was first published before Russia launched its special military operation in Ukraine.
The Zio-Anglo-American Axis knows that a close political/economic alliance between Germany and Russia would spell the final end of the dying US-UK Empire. The Western political establishment will simply not tolerate this; nor will the wealthy elites of US-UK-EU accept the ascendancy of a Russian-German power structure built around the most powerful economic engine the world has ever seen.
What the American and European elites are really afraid of is the natural marriage of German capital, technology, market monopolies, and industrial efficiency with Russian natural resources, manpower, scientific know-how, and industrial capacity. Such an economic powerhouse and financial union scare the living daylights out of London and Washington and Tel Aviv.
The West especially knows that a continuous flow of Russian natural gas and oil to Germany is just the beginning of a much closer trading relationship, which the US-UK-EU-NATO warmongers will block by any means. Hence, the Zio-Anglo-American Axis is determined to provoke a devastating war between Russia and Ukraine in order to thwart any movement toward detente between Berlin and Moscow.

*Follow the WEF trail to Switzerland to discover the Khazarian Mafia hiding behind Klaus Schwab and his cohorts. The US and its people have nothing to do with the disasters caused to the ordinary people of the Earth.
The Khazarians have once again constructed an intricate web, whose aim is to destroy the world's economy by setting people up against each other, blocking each other's supply chains, leaving just death and ruins.
What everybody must be aware of is that this is not a war to prevent Putin from occupying Ukraine, but an attempt by the evil Khazarian Jews/WEF/NATO to control yet another country in their growing New World Order. They are simply using Ukraine as a battlefield. Their plan is to destroy totally the world's economy and turn the population into slaves.
Like the Freemasons, they have also life-threatening rules in their membership, one being REVENGE, 10 times harder than was ever perpetrated on them.
Russia in particular, in the past, has expelled the Khazars several times. I have all of 7 detailed articles in book format on the Khazarian Jews if anybody is interested in further information.
Putin, and earlier also Trump, are the ONLY Presidents who have enough guts to see what they are attempting to do to the world population and have sufficient courage to do something about it.
The bottom line is for the people to regain their original, moral principles, which have intentionally been watered out over the past generations by our press, TV, and other media owned by the Illuminati/Bilderberger Group, corrupting our morals by making misbehavior acceptable to our society. Only in this way shall we conquer this oncoming wave of evil.
