"In Odesa, the Kyiv regime is preparing another sophisticated provocation to accuse the Russian Armed Forces of killing civilians (including minors) and purposefully destroying civilian infrastructure using cluster munitions prohibited by international agreements," said Mizintsev, who heads the interdepartmental coordination headquarters of the Russian Federation on humanitarian response in Ukraine.
The colonel-general informed that, according to the plan of the military administration of the Odesa region, in the event of fire from Russian units at the places of deployment of Ukrainian armed formations, it is planned to stage a defeat of one of the social facilities, where an "extras" (up to 30 people) from among anti-Russian activists was prepared in advance, acting as dead and injured.
According to him, after the video filming, all participants in the staged scenes are provided with a cash reward of $500, while $100 has already been paid to each provocateur in advance. To implement the provocation, from June 26 to June 28, up to 20 representatives of foreign media, as well as employees of the international organization UNICEF (United Nations Children's Fund), were brought to Odessa.
"We warn the world community and international organizations in advance that this and other similar fakes about the alleged "Russian atrocities" fabricated by the Kyiv authorities with the support of Western "curators" are planned to be widely disseminated in the media in the near future," Mizintsev said.
