CHINA has launched an attack on NATO after Secretary-General of the alliance, Jens Stoltenberg said that Beijing was undermining global security by refusing to condemn Russia for its actions on Ukraine.

Following a two-day meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Brussels, Mr. Stoltenberg said that China's failure to stand up to Russian aggression posed "a serious challenge to us all."
