PROTECTIVE ANIMAL LAWS ARE NOT ALWAYS FULFILLED

Export of live cattle is a heinous crime

Brazil is an atypical country in relation to Justice and animal protection. One of the cases set up in the context of atypicals is the specific legislation that protects and protects animals since laws are not always respected and placed in second place because of economic interests and merely mercantilist conceptualization. There are laws, but not always respected. It's hard to understand why this is so! This is the case recently when twenty-seven thousand head of cattle were exported to Turkey in total disregard for animal welfare. By the time you read this article, the unfortunate animals are still on their way to Turkey on a torture ship. There are seventeen days of immense travel suffering.

The cattle were shipped for many days, under precarious conditions of hygiene and sanitary conditions, which generated a popular action filed by the NGO Animal Forum against the company Minerva Foods, exporter of the animals, besides the Company Docas de Santos (Codesp) and Ecoporto.

A court of the first instance accepted and favoured, through a preliminary injunction, that the animals were immediately disembarked and returned to the farms of origin. But every injunction has its fragility. The company appealed to the Second Instance and magistrates rescinded the aforementioned injunction, ordering the ship to walk with the animals, even in inadequate conditions, an assault on their lives, as well as total disrespect to the protective laws that protected them. Commercial interest and mercantilist understanding seem to overlap with the concept of life and dignity, an immeasurable absurdity for the present day, giving rise to a heinous crime. One of the magistrates absurdly claimed that "Brazil would lose credibility and reliability." See what points we have arrived!

THERE IS NO LEGISLATION THAT SUPPORTS THE EXPORT OF LIVE ANIMALS - mercantilism overlaps animal life

It is difficult to understand such an absurd legal decision when there is no legal protection for the export of live animals, whose practice not only violates the Federal Constitution in its article 225 1º / VII, the Law of Environmental Crimes 9605/98 art.32 and, the sense of humanity, respect for the life of sentient beings. All because of money, balance in the Trade Balance, given that Brazil is the world's largest producer of meat for domestic consumption and export with 300 million head of cattle in the national territory.

NORMATIVE INSTRUCTION No. 13 - MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE, LIVESTOCK AND SUPPLY - English only

The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply coordinates the export of animals in these conditions - cattle, buffalo, horses, sheep and goats, through Normative Instruction No. 13 of 03/30/2010 - Dilma Rousseff government, something surreal, far from reality, only for English version. Normative Instruction has no force of law. In fact, it is nothing more than an administrative act expressed by the head of the service or the Minister of State to his subordinates, setting the rules for the export of animals that are in fact absurd, in view of not having the slightest respect for the life of the fauna. And the worst: it is not even respected!

**TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSANDS BOVINE IN DEGRADING CONDITIONS - Magistrate does not understand what mistreatment is. How insensitive!**

There are twenty-seven thousand bovines in degrading conditions, without drinking water to quench the thirst, evacuating and urinating in the same place, whose waste cannot be removed and thrown to the sea, to avoid damages to the environment And the magistrate who cancelled the injunction understands this absurd as maltreatment. How insensitive and unfamiliar with the law! It seems that the wrongdoing gains contours of legality, a scope of legal aberrations that attack ethics and animal welfare. The lives of cattle and other animals are of no value to many authorities in our country!

In due proportion, it recalls the unfortunate age of slavery, when slave ships in perverse and inhuman conditions drove blacks by force, taken from their lands to serve whites in infernal slavery. Inhumanity always repeats itself against the weakest, and cruelty seems endless.

REMOVING THE BLIND FROM THE EYES - sometimes, such a procedure is necessary so that there is no injustice

I think that sometimes justice should remove the blind from the eyes to better see the Dantesian scenario that confronts life, in this case, the cruelty imposed on the defenceless and fragile animals, to analyze better and to respect the current legislation so that it does not fall into disrepute together to the Brazilian population. It is inconceivable to live with the animal holocaust when all this could be avoided if the specific legislation were respected, taken seriously.

If the Judiciary does not maintain the necessary and indispensable coherence, judging by the laws, the chaos will remain and everything will be without effect, totally innocuous. The hearts of animal activists and criers weep with immense pain, bidding farewell to our suffering and so helpless brothers, travelling to death. Gilberto Pinheiro - journalist, lecturer at schools, universities on sentience and animal rights are the heart, the soul, the voice of animals.

"Your duty is to fight for the Law, but on the day you find the law in conflict with justice, fight for justice " Eduardo Couture - Uruguayan jurist - 1904/1956.

WHO and WHAT is behind it all ? : >

The bottom line is for the people to regain their original, moral principles, which have intentionally been watered out over the past generations by our press, TV, and other media owned by the Illuminati/Bilderberger Group, corrupting our morals by making misbehaviour acceptable to our society. Only in this way shall we conquer this oncoming wave of evil.

Commentary:

Both the President Temer, the Minister of Agriculture and many of the government members are themselves land-owners, making big profits on the breeding of cattle. The Brazilian economic elite is 95% Freemason brethren, which also speaks for itself.

Although Brasil is struggling to fight corruption at top levels, it still has a long way to go to reach honesty.

In the case of this cruel export of live young cattle, which is against Brazilian law, I can only say: SHAME ON BRAZIL !!!
